The low-fat lie that actually makes you fat

It might be the single biggest health myth of our time — and that’s saying a lot!

You can thank Big Government and Big Food. For decades, they’ve hammered us with the message that low-fat is healthy and zero-fat is healthier.

The constant pounding of low-fat propaganda sells tons of crappy food products. And one of those products stands out among the rest. That’s because millions simply take it for granted that low-fat and skim are the healthiest milk choices.

But nothing could be further from the truth.

“Secrets” hiding in plain sight

Hear that sound? That’s mainstream nutritionists’ heads exploding. In their world, skim milk equals skinny. End of discussion.

Well, they can cling to that myth to the bitter end. But it won’t make it right.

New research proves that the exact opposite is true.

This study shows a significant link between drinking skim milk and higher body weight. And that result held up across all racial, ethnic, and economic groups.

Well you can guess the response. “Experts” are mystified. But that’s only because they’re ignoring the research.

One nutritionist actually told a reporter that the results of the new study don’t make sense “from a biological perspective.”

Ha! Hilarious! Here are some biology fun facts I’ve been talking about for a decade…

First: calcium intake helps you lose weight. This fact has been known for years. What’s not quite as well known is this… The process that skims fat from milk also strips away nutrients.

Nutrients such as…that’s right — calcium.

And it just so happens that your body absorbs calcium much better when you consume the mineral with — yep! — milk fat.

But wait. There’s more… Your body absorbs milk sugars slower when they’re consumed with milk fat. So if you skim away the fat, the sugars are rapidly absorbed, which turns them into FAT.

Wow! Biology! Who knew?

Meet the Health Sciences Institute

The Health Sciences Institute (HSI) is an independent organization established in 1998. We’re dedicated to uncovering and researching the most urgent advances in modern underground medicine. Things you WON’T hear about in the mainstream.

Whether they come from a laboratory in Malaysia, a clinic in South America, or a university in Germany, our goal is to bring the treatments that work directly to the people who need them. We alert our Members to exciting breakthroughs in medicine, show them exactly where to go to learn more, and help them understand how they and their families can benefit from these powerful discoveries.
