When the FDA drops a safety warning with the greatest of ease, I have to wonder…Was the fix in?

Hard to say. But I discovered a clue.

It’s in the study that found “rare” nickel sensitivity reactions to Essure.

Essure is the contraceptive device I told you about last week that contains a nickel alloy.

At the very end of the study, this note appears…

“The authors have no commercial, proprietary, or financial interest in the products or companies described in this article. Dr. Zurawin is a consultant for Conceptus, Inc.”

Conceptus makes Essure. And Dr. Zurawin is one of only two authors of the study.

So…yeah. That doesn’t sound fishy at ALL!

I guess Dr. Zurawin does his consulting for free. It must be his hobby!
