In an e-mail I sent you this week, we saw how fish oil powerfully supports brain health. It’s pretty simple. Your brain needs omega-3 fatty acids to maintain brain function and reverse brain injury.

That’s exactly what fish oil provides. Perfect.

But, of course, someone out there is thinking big…

One doctor told CNN, “Up until the time the pharmaceutical industry gives us a drug that cures all brain injury, this is the best hope we have.”

Unbelievable! Clearly, we don’t need that drug. Unless of course they WANT to add adverse side effects to the equation. Then, yeah, go ahead and develop that completely unnecessary drug!

That said, Dr. Spreen suggested I remind you of one important detail. Fish oil is polyunsaturated, and that prompts free radical formation. So Dr. Spreen recommends 400-800 IU of vitamin E as mixed tocopherols daily.

That’s all it takes — a vitamin that supports the health of your heart and brain AND offsets potential side effects.

It’s an easy win-win.

Meet the Health Sciences Institute

The Health Sciences Institute (HSI) is an independent organization established in 1998. We’re dedicated to uncovering and researching the most urgent advances in modern underground medicine. Things you WON’T hear about in the mainstream.

Whether they come from a laboratory in Malaysia, a clinic in South America, or a university in Germany, our goal is to bring the treatments that work directly to the people who need them. We alert our Members to exciting breakthroughs in medicine, show them exactly where to go to learn more, and help them understand how they and their families can benefit from these powerful discoveries.
