The ultimate hangover cure has arrived (on wheels!), but it’s going to cost you
If you’ve ever had a monumental hangover (I must confess, I have), you probably found yourself wishing for a monumental cure.
Your wish just came true.
One catch: It’s only available in Las Vegas — the city of monumental indulgence.
Hangover Heaven is the company with the cure. Call them up, and they’ll send their bus over to your hotel. Once on the bus, you’ll get an IV drip. And it’s quite a concoction. The IV contains anti-inflammatory and anti-nausea drugs. Other medications may be included as needed.
But the creator of HH — anesthesiologist Jason Burke — was broadminded when he developed his therapy. The “full spectrum” IV also includes an array of B vitamins and vitamin C.
Burke says that most patients are feeling good to go in about an hour. His secret: The drug/vitamin combo prompts an enzymatic reaction that breaks down alcohol by-products.
Of course, it’s going to cost you. The basic package is $90, and health insurance is not accepted. But it might be the only way to get your revenge on Jose Cuervo.
