If you think you’ve tried EVERYTHING to lose weight…

Comedian Andrés du Bouchet recently posted this comment on twitter: “Well, complaining about being fat has not helped me lose ANY weight at all. And I’ve been complaining for 3 years! Stupid diet.”

My first thought was: Don’t stop complaining, Andrés. You may be burning off at least a FEW calories.

In fact, there’s a little truth in that.

Talking actually burns between 40 and 60 calories per hour, depending on your age. (If you’re younger, you burn more.)

But if your talking involves COMPLAINING for an hour, you might burn off twice that amount if you include emphatic gestures — even more if you do your complaining while pacing like a mad man.

Don’t expect miracles. But at least it’s something.

Meet the Health Sciences Institute

The Health Sciences Institute (HSI) is an independent organization established in 1998. We’re dedicated to uncovering and researching the most urgent advances in modern underground medicine. Things you WON’T hear about in the mainstream.

Whether they come from a laboratory in Malaysia, a clinic in South America, or a university in Germany, our goal is to bring the treatments that work directly to the people who need them. We alert our Members to exciting breakthroughs in medicine, show them exactly where to go to learn more, and help them understand how they and their families can benefit from these powerful discoveries.
