Show your support for a soldier away from home

No doubt, this is a tough time of year for military personnel who can’t get home for the holidays. So if you’re enjoying some time off over the next few days, why not take a moment to express your gratitude to a soldier?

Five years ago, the parents of a soldier stationed in Iraq started a soldier-support website called Any Soldier (anysoldier.com). Since then, this non-profit site has helped civilians deliver useful items to nearly 1.5 million soldiers stationed around the world.

Obviously, it’s too late to ship items in time for the holidays, but you can be sure our service men and women will be grateful to receive gifts or supplies any time of the year. Most of all, they’ll appreciate knowing that we haven’t forgotten them and the enormous sacrifices they make for our country every day.
