Are you looking for a good source of calcium and vitamin D?

Two words: Lucky Charms.

Keep in mind, that’s not MY recommendation. But according to a General Mills commercial, their line of Big G Kid Cereals is “the only leading line of kid cereals that provides a good source of both calcium and vitamin D in every serving!”

So we’re not just talking Lucky Charms here. This calcium-plus-D package is also available in Chocolate Lucky Charms, Reese’s Puffs, Cookie Crisp, Kix, Trix, and Cocoa Puffs.

Funny…these are not the brand names that instantly spring to mind when I think of good nutrition. So maybe it’s time for some Big G rebranding? Maybe Calcium Puffs? Or TrixD? Or Strong Bones Charms?

Note to General Mills: You’re welcome!

Meet the Health Sciences Institute

The Health Sciences Institute (HSI) is an independent organization established in 1998. We’re dedicated to uncovering and researching the most urgent advances in modern underground medicine. Things you WON’T hear about in the mainstream.

Whether they come from a laboratory in Malaysia, a clinic in South America, or a university in Germany, our goal is to bring the treatments that work directly to the people who need them. We alert our Members to exciting breakthroughs in medicine, show them exactly where to go to learn more, and help them understand how they and their families can benefit from these powerful discoveries.
