A friend of mine named Jennifer sent me this amusing e-mail with an insight that until now had escaped me completely. Jennifer writes:

“The Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans.

“The French eat a lot of fat and also suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans.

“The Japanese drink very little red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans.

“The French and Italians drink large amounts of red wine and also suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans.

CONCLUSION:

Eat and drink what you like. Speaking English is apparently what causes heart attacks.”

As nutrition logic it’s ridiculously oversimplified, of course, but why take chances?

Bon Sant!

Meet the Health Sciences Institute

The Health Sciences Institute (HSI) is an independent organization established in 1998. We’re dedicated to uncovering and researching the most urgent advances in modern underground medicine. Things you WON’T hear about in the mainstream.

Whether they come from a laboratory in Malaysia, a clinic in South America, or a university in Germany, our goal is to bring the treatments that work directly to the people who need them. We alert our Members to exciting breakthroughs in medicine, show them exactly where to go to learn more, and help them understand how they and their families can benefit from these powerful discoveries.
