And the research I’m about to share with you just may take the cake – because it has an ugly secret you were NEVER supposed to know about.
Here’s how it could land you in an early grave.
Don’t sacrifice your steak for their drug scheme
A study from the Cleveland Clinic is trying to SCARE you off of red meat… for the rest of your life.
I nearly fell off of my chair when I read it.
They’re claiming that people who eat red meat produce more of a chemical called TMAO that could… maybe… possibly… raise your risk of heart problems.
But while these scientists were trying to frighten you away from eating cow, I smelled a rat.
After all, a study on the Mediterranean diet out of Purdue University last year found that eating lean red meat does NOT raise your heart disease risk.
And two MAJOR, separate studies… one with 1.2 million people and one with 450,000… found that red meat doesn’t make you more likely to suffer from heart problems, diabetes, or early death.
So how could this latest research reach the exact OPPOSITE conclusion?
And then I found it…
It turns out that these Cleveland Clinic folks… surprise, surprise… are working on developing drugs to lower your TMAO levels.
And it would be tough to sell these new meds — unless you could scare everyone’s pants off about TMAO first.
It looks like this study is nothing more than the first step toward pushing a new class of prescription drugs.
Here are the FACTS on red meat…
It’s one of the most nutritious foods on the planet, loaded with B vitamins, iron, zinc, selenium, and protein.
And protein is absolutely essential for keeping your muscles in good working order as you age.
As far as I’m concerned, you can keep red meat on your menu… pass the A.1 Sauce… and toss this new study in the trash.
