It’s one of my guilty pleasures. Every two weeks, I get a mani/pedi.

It’s usually the same group of women in there, chatting away.

When I can, I tune it out. But during a recent visit, I couldn’t believe what I was hearing.

“Yeah, I’m on a new antidepressant now. I felt fine taking the old one. But Thi [the nail technician] didn’t like what it was doing to my nails. So I got my doctor to change it.”

Hmmm… I usually let Thi pick my nail color. But my prescription drugs?

Then again, Thi probably spends more time with this woman than the doctor who chose the original scrip did.

Meet the Health Sciences Institute

The Health Sciences Institute (HSI) is an independent organization established in 1998. We’re dedicated to uncovering and researching the most urgent advances in modern underground medicine. Things you WON’T hear about in the mainstream.

Whether they come from a laboratory in Malaysia, a clinic in South America, or a university in Germany, our goal is to bring the treatments that work directly to the people who need them. We alert our Members to exciting breakthroughs in medicine, show them exactly where to go to learn more, and help them understand how they and their families can benefit from these powerful discoveries.
