Vaccines have become one of the most HOTLY contested aspects of the COVID-19 pandemic…
But, of course, the vaccine debate is nothing new.
And yet if you even ASK a question about the jab you’re about to receive, the mainstream treats you like some kind of tinfoil hat-wearing wacko!
Friend, you have EVERY RIGHT to ask about what’s being put in your body – whether it’s a vaccine, a drug, an herbal remedy, or the food you eat.
After all, NO vaccine comes with ZERO risk.
They CAN’T truthfully claim that NO ONE has EVER been harmed by any particular vaccine.
It’s just that in theory, the benefits OUTWEIGH the risks.
Now, I’m not here today to try to TURN YOU AGAINST any vaccine. It’s your choice.
What I am here to share is the little-known information as to what your options are if you DO get injured by a vaccine.
When ‘Do No Harm’ goes out the window
Now, any time you get STABBED with a needle, you can expect that it won’t feel GOOD.
The most common complaint after a vaccine jab is pain at the injection site… which typically goes away within a few days.
You can report minor symptoms like this to the CDC via the V-safe After Vaccination Health Checker, which is specifically for the COVID-19 vaccine.
On its website, you can register the shot(s) you received and sign up for daily symptom check-ins.
You’ll then receive text messages that contain a link where you can report how you’re feeling and what other complaints you may have… like fever, fatigue, digestive complaints, and more.
For more severe effects after receiving any shot, you can report to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) – a joint venture between the CDC, FDA, and HHS.
You’ll need to have detailed information about the brand of shot you received… the lot number… and where on your body you received the shot.
All of those details should be on the vaccine record you receive from your doc, pharmacy, or other clinic. (It’s also on your “vaccine card” you receive after getting the COVID-19 jab.)
Then there’s the matter of serious injury from a vaccine.
I’m talking about severe allergic reactions (like anaphylaxis)… pregnancy complications… fainting… seizures…
Aggravation of a pre-existing condition…
As well as development of NEW diseases like chronic arthritis and Guillain-Barré Syndrome…
And even death.
I pray something like this NEVER happens to you or someone you love.
But it DOES occasionally happen… and injuries COULD happen after receiving vaccines like…
- influenza
- whooping cough
- measles
- mumps
- tetanus
- hepatitis
- HPV
- COVID-19
- and more.
The feds don’t want you to sue. So, they’ve created the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, where you can file a petition to be compensated for your injury.
It’s a somewhat arduous process – and the average turnaround time from filing to receiving payment is two to three years.
Just make sure you file within the valid timeframe… which is within three years of the first symptom or within two years of the loss of life.
On average, about a third of the filed petitions have resulted in compensation (including covering your legal fees)… while the rest have gotten dismissed. Some individual vaccine claims have a much higher success rate – like influenza, which is at 54% of claims compensated.
Even if your petition gets rejected, you can STILL sue the vaccine maker and/or your healthcare provider in civil court. But you’ll be responsible for paying your own legal fees.
Pandemic-related vaccine injuries — like from the 2009 H1N1 or COVID-19 vax shots — are treated a little differently. They go through a separate filing process called Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program.
The CICP requires you file your claim within just ONE YEAR of receiving your shot…
Which means if you rolled up your sleeve for the COVID-19 vax when it first became available earlier this year, your deadline is coming up pretty quickly.
Benefits you might qualify for include reimbursement of medical expenses and lost employment income… as well as survivor benefits (if a loved one like a spouse or parent died from receiving the vax).
Thousands of COVID-19 vaccine-related claims have already been filed. NONE of them have been compensated yet… so it’s too soon to weigh the odds.
But if you TRULY believe you’ve been harmed by a vaccine, you DO have options.
The feds would PREFER that you use these programs I’ve just shared with you, as they allow them to settle these cases out of court… with ZERO admission of fault… and ZERO “proof” of vaccine risk.
But that doesn’t mean you CAN’T talk to a lawyer first to find out what your legal options are by pursuing an injury claim within the court system.
The choice is yours.
